New hope to live life to it’s fullest in one’s Life.

As you can see, this would be a spread that Oscar Wilde and Lord Alfred Douglas, also known as “Bosie”; would have had. “A man who can dominate a London dinner-table can dominate the world.” Yes, I dominated! More than my lord O. Wilde I must say.

Lord Henry Wotton, Basil Hallward, Alan Campbell, Lady Agatha, Lord Fermor, Duchess of Monmouth, Victoria Wotton and other countless of my friends have had such luxurious spread. Even my humble servants Victor and Mrs. Leaf do enjoy such festive nights, when I allow them to feast on my left overs. Even one such as me, is kind to my servants time to time. They are loyal and adore me as a dog loves his master. In the Victorian era, one would be named lucky to live and work in a home such like mine, or else the streets would have called on them. I too have a sense of admiration for my servants. I mean, such interesting creatures they are. I must study!

“I can’t stand people who do not take food seriously.” All that Lord Henry is content in doing at the dinner table is to lust after my youthful look. He annoys me! He finds every occasion to mention the missing painting and why I have not aged. I simply reply with an occasional nod or a gesture of cheers. Since he noticed my missing painting, he has been a torn on my side. I admit, that I sometime hate the man for it. But alas, “After a good dinner one can forgive anybody, even one's own friend or relatives.”

“When I am in trouble, eating is the only thing that consoles me. Indeed, when I am in really great trouble, as any one who knows me intimately will tell you, I refuse everything except food and drink”.
